I asked several questions about where it could be coming from and was always told I "must have had a low pain tolerance" or it was "all in my head" - pun not intended. She even gave me options for a procedure to save money. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. Stefano.

Caring, personable, impeccable about her work! I have had the opportunity to see Dr Tessaro twice…read more First was a root canal. I, at the time was very, very fearful of dental work. She and her team were incredible at putting me at ease and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. The root canal was so much easier than I had experienced before. My second visit was at the request of my Dentist to determine if I should have a root canal before we put on a crown. She spent close to an hour making sure that the sensitivity was from the root being exposed to air, etc and not that it needed to have a root canal. I am so grateful for her time and expertise. It saved me the money and pain associated with an unneeded root canal. It did settle down as she indicated it would. A brave and appreciated stance. She could have just done the root canal, made the money and have been done with it! Refreshing to have someone more concerned with my well being then the bottom line of her business! In response to an earlier review of her being robotic and lacking people skills. I can not even picture her lacking people skills or compassion. She is warm and engaged. As for robotic. She has a way of analyzing that is very concentrated and thorough. Maybe that could be seen as robotic. If so I am all for it. She used technique after technique to ascertain if I needed that root canal. She also accepts the Assurant dental discount card. Saved us a bunch of money. The reason for this review is I was searching for her email address. My husband needs some advice on a tooth that may or may not need a root canal and I am very comfortable that we will get the truth from the gracious Dr. Tessaro! I refer anyone I know to support her practice and receive impeccable care.

I was displeased to have received a bill for services regularly covered by plan fully. The dental office made no comment on my insurance when I registered and there is likely no legal requirement to disclose in all instances (Though if you have Liberty insurance, they will leave that network on Jan 1, 2026 AND that was displayed in their office). I find that ethically ambiguous. Who wants to pay extra for services that are already covered? Remember that no business is truly concerned with your welfare when it comes to money.
