Dr. Baddour took his time examining me, identified the problem, provided the solution and course of treatment. He made sure I understood. He was gentle in performing the repair and the office called several times to follow up after the procedure. I highly recommend this office. My father got a crown put in and paid up front, they did not confirm with insurance company and then asked for more payment when the actual crown was put in, because "insurance wasn't paying." They didn't run it!!!! To top it all off, my mother went in to contest it and speak with the billing manager, but she refused to come out and meet with her even though she was there, and told her employee "go out and do your job." Furthermore, she refused to hand over the documents that my father SIGNED so my mother could contest the charge. She should be at the very least reprimanded and perhaps fired for being so inadequate at her job, this was clearly an act of self-desperation. I cannot stress this enough, if you can go literally anywhere else in network do it, because if you let these people have even a little of your money, they will not let it go unless you pry it from their cold dead hands.
