Calling the banks central "fraud prevention" is an 800 number with ladies who only give first names and robo hold of "please stay on the line and the next available operator will get to you our call is very important to us" for over five minutes. How is that even remotely secure, confidential, protecting your information and assuring follow through accountability and documentation of the paper trail of the issue? Ok they gave a new debit card but the false charge is still there and no assurance it won't happen again. Does not feel like a safe place.

Refused to de-escalate and berating us for nearly half an hour. Was brushed off sent to too many people before speaking to ceo who was nasty. She then tells me to get an attorney and they will speak the hers. They threatened me and lost terribly. They called it harassment but never truly addressed any of the employees involved. Then to recieve this ignore me after refused to close my accounts immediately I had to file a complaint with the governing bodies. Then and only then did they ask me to retract and offer after days of trying to close my account wow. Oh now retract after threatening me. Nah. This is what happens when you lie to an attorney who also can get a complaint filed. See telling me not to tell anyone about this or I'd be sued..now thats harassment which I recorded and they know I did shows how low these people are. Including the ceo N.R. who showed the banks true colors. Same people who did this days later still there still rude. So that tells you how it was handled it wasn't. Yah they stand for community. Mind you it cost them more than me to send this. I paid nothing. And for them to sue me for defamatory statements would require proof im being dishonest which means a video from that day would be needed to do so but then I have audio of that same incident which could easily be matched. But audio is plenty. I'm not nast and could have hired an attorney just based on that audio alone. Dont like dirty money. I will continue to post reviews to warn others dont go here. And if they have an issue tell the ones on that image please do. It may go to arbitrary but given the audio wont go for long. I've been much more nice about this. But the bank not so much. Tried to silence an autistic man and his father with crappy attorney. Yah really upstanding and for you types.

The few people working in the offices inside seem to avoid seeing you if possible. If you snag one, they won't act too pleased about it and will be in a hurry to send you on your way. Good luck getting through to this bank on the phone, even if you're reporting an unauthorized charge on your debit card account. I hear very little from this bank in terms of news. In fact, I didn't know they had a branch in downtown Janesville until just now, looking through banks on Yelp. You can do better.

I was already with State Farm when I moved from Tulsa, OK to Janesville. In Tulsa, I had researched…read moreonline what would be the cheapest option for the bare minimum amount of coverage, just liability. $70/mo. I don't recall ever talking to anyone there, but if I did, it was just once when I first got the policy. So, I went on the website, put in my change of address, because I don't know how things work. No one walked me through things in Tulsa, so I figured someone would just mail me new cards with my new address on it, and I'd keep paying my $70/mo, right? Nope! I received a phone call from BRETT at Don Gerharz State Farm and he went over my policy info and options. He was so incredibly helpful, nice, patient, and funny! He went through all the different options for my policy stuff and explained it all to me. Mind you, I hate phone calls, typically, and unless I have to make one, I try to avoid them, but Brett is an absolute delight to talk to. I actually didn't want to stop talking to him? Like, he was really fun, and cool to talk to, like you were just gabbing it up with someone you made you feel better talking to? Instead of an awkward call to do important stuff you don't really want to do? So I was a bit sad when I was all done with setting up all of my stuff, but what am I going to do, be some kind of creep who's all like, "HEY YOU WANNA BE MY FRIEND IRL BECAUSE I JUST MOVED HERE AND DON'T HAVE ANY?" that's obviously weird and inappropriate, so I didn't. Hahaha. I did send a thank you card though. I now have way better coverage PLUS roadside assistance for significantly less than I was paying for just liability! Nice.
