We have POA of finance, and medical with a letter from the Hospice Doctor to Chase Legal Department that this crucial that our Brother get some where safe. Every has to be sent to their legal department, and they would put a rush on it - takes 3 to 5 business days, and we were told that if dies while Chase is waiting then they cannot help us - refused to help even though fraud is taking place - 5/3/2024 SSI Check gone to person committing Fraud. While Brother is in the Hospital due to place someone pushed him down a flight of stairs. We have a police report, an APS report - still Chase branches appear not to have phone service and cannot due anything even though Phone Customer Service directs you bank to a Branch. Horrible when someone is ill and not long to live.

Fast Review - It's a bank, just be sure to only use their bank cards with the atms or else…read morenightmares. == Long Review - I stopped here once, used a non-chase card in their atm (a different financial institution issued card) in their atm located by the tellers.. like almost infront of them. This is where things go very wrong fast. The atm encountered a communication error (of it's own) an failed to issue my money (the amount isn't important, it could have been anything) but gave me my receipt because I asked for one. Now to make a longer story shorter; I met with the manager of this bank who basically told me that they would not release the ledger for the atm even unto my lawyer or share a copy of the video time where I was at the atm to prove my claim. Furthermore.. Federal regulation prohibits them from getting the money back or such. I had to learn without this banks help that only the issuing card company is the only one who can recover the amount lost, chase is not responsible for their own machines while engaged with non-chase cards no matter what FDIC rules say! Oh an you have 24 hours to file the claim with your card issuer or else you forfeit all of said lost balance!!! $1 or $1 zillion it don't matter! Now I got my money back.. lawyers are interesting people heh.. but imagine you had this occur without one, what then? you're prolly screwed. I hope this review helps someone. The only reason the score is 4 stars, is because the manager took the time to sit down all day thru failed calls to the other card issuer with me. He's also been fairly cool since then. An intelligent customer is not what they expected. Now ask yourself, what will you be today?
