Calling the banks central "fraud prevention" is an 800 number with ladies who only give first names and robo hold of "please stay on the line and the next available operator will get to you our call is very important to us" for over five minutes. How is that even remotely secure, confidential, protecting your information and assuring follow through accountability and documentation of the paper trail of the issue? She even took the paperwork I had with me and reassured me it would be taken care of. I asked if I needed to pay the fee and she reassured me she would handle it. Now a week later I am getting notified that the account is still open and the overdraft fee has went up to $39. I tried calling their call center and they were no help. They kept asking for my personal information over and over again, which after being asked the third time I was just done. Would not recommend a bank that does not follow through and is no help with their call centers. I guess now on my time off I will need to again drive the 30 minutes to the bank to try and get this taken care of again.

You can check out Summit's rates on their website. Highly recommended.
