The folks are professional-- and when I made an EPIC error in transferring funds to where I ruined my checking balance, they helped me out to where I was "In the Black" again. They ghosted me when I questioned how my cash was being spent, so I made steps to close the account. I requested an electronic transfer to an outside account but was told it had to be a paper request from them. When I had them send in the paper request I followed up in a couple weeks and was told they never received it. They then agreed to wire the money but took another $350 to close the account. Plus a wire fee. I have never heard of such a high fee to close an account, but that is what I was told when I questioned it!!!!!! I tried to accelerate my issues during this process, but never received a return call from the vp. I'm closing the rest of my accounts, but I did used to really swear by this bank. I'm so disappointed

Not sure why the questions. Judt mail me out a card is not my fault someone hacked my account. I have to wait to speak to a supervisor. She finally calls back. Closes my account. They are very rude and not very professional here. I will be calling corporate on them!
