Good food and good service. Most grills don't serve chicken gizzards and they did. It made a person in our group very happy.

The menu was quite a bit more extensive than I expected with lots of offerings for any taste. I settled on the fried broccoli and cheese bites and a chicken parm sandwich. Both of them knocked it out of the park. More places need broccoli and cheese bites. These ROCKED. The chicken parm sandwich was basic in nature but is exactly what I wanted from it. The best part? The bits of burnt mozz really underneath the sandwich for an added crunch. The service was everything you could have asked for. Quick, friendly. You name it. Glad to have made the decision to stop here a few weeks ago, and would absolutely recommend to anybody in the area.

Napkins are paper-towels off the roll, when asked for additional napkins we were given a stack of cocktail napkins. Had to ask for silverware and the plastic glasses all smelled like bleach. Only one person appeared to be working both the bar and table area, service was a little bit on the slow side, but the gentleman was polite and accommodating. Cheese Curds were good, nothing spectacular and the quantity received was on the small side compared to what you might get at other establishments. They were out of tortillas so there were no wrap options. For a Saturday, not sure how they could run out already by lunch time. Sunday, dinner? Maybe??? I could understand, but going into a weekend? How is your kitchen not fully stocked? Main meals were hearty and good (burger & cheese stake), but again, nothing really special. All in all the food was nothing out of the ordinary and the place is just basic.

A pretty busy place with locals and people from other areas. There's about what's expected on the menu it seems. Before even coming in there's a smell of barbecue. It's got a pretty full menu. There's a bar in the middle surrounded by plenty of tables. Beers are the main thing of course. It's about $7 a pint. Best one we had of these was the Coldstream Lager. This is a full bodied Bavarian style. A lot of the food is meaty. Brisket and that kind of stuff. Among the appetizers is the Cowboy Caviar. One of the few vegetarian options. This is a mixture of beans, cilantro, corn, jalapeños, red onions, and tomatoes. It's about $16 for the Tex-Mex Bowl. This has avocado, cilantro rice, Cowboy Caviar, marinated cucumbers, pico de gallo, and Thai sauce. Of course an option is to get it with meats added. There's plenty more things including burgers and pork belly tacos among the livestock based foods. For around here it's one of the better places for big crowds. It's got beers and barbecue along with some healthier options. They're closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Had the Apple, Cranberry, Pecan salad, the kids' brisket smash burger, and the brisket crunchwrap. I also had to use the beer cheese soup and pour it into the crunchwrap because, why not? They had plenty of great items to choose from, and I had to ask about their most popular items because I had a hard time choosing. Everyone loved what they got, and the food really did taste great. Pair it up with all the great beer they serve, and this place has definitely improved. We used to come to the Galena Brewing Company but felt it had gone downhill, unfortunately. This feels like what we were hoping for with new ownership and rejuvenated menus and staff. You're likely to run into times where you'll experience live music, loud volumes, and plenty of visitors, but our visit here was during a non-busy time since they just opened for the day. We appreciated the food quality and friendly staff. So happy that this place is so new and improved. We are looking forward to coming back to try more menu items!

Good food menu beyond your standard bar food. Atrociously understaffed and mismanaged. Typically if your understaffed you should seat the number of people your staffed for. Good staff too but they have absolutely no shot at servicing the number of people they seat. Its a take as old as time itself. Hire someone to run this place or shut it down, no reason to delay the inevitable.
