Wow! These reviews are obviously bogus! I have attempted twice to visit this salon, once with Karla for a haircut and another with Kindra for nails. What a joke! Karla came strolling in almost 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time with her little boy (he looks about 4/5). She spent most of our time scolding her child as he ran through the crowded salon. Her attention was NOT on my hair and it showed! My second visit was not much better but at least Kindra was on time. The salon was a mess when I arrived for my morning appointment, the salon was completely empty not busy so who knows how long it was like this. Hair all over the floor in main room, garbage overflowing with chemical covered tin foil onto the floor and fastfood wrappers.....there wasn't even hand soap in the bathroom! While Kindra seemed polite my nails went to crap in days. I have tried to call several times but only get messages back that she is "out of town". I stopped in to salon to see about a fix and was told she was camping. Just have to add....3 reviews in 3 days...while she's camping. Those reviews are not real!! Beware of this UNPROFESSIONAL SALON!! Cheap is not the way but I got what I paid for!!!!! read more

I have never been able to find anyone that could do my hair the way I wanted and who was priced right. Savanna Brown is one of the best hair stylist that I have ever found. I had gave up on finding someone for my hair. Finding Savanna was a gift from god and I would not go any where else. I would recommend her to anyone. So happy that I have found a salon with an amazing stylist, great prices and a stylist who is never in a rush to get you out the door. read more

Kindra at Stiletto goes far above and beyond with her services. Her cuts are always spot on to what I ask of her and her coloring exceeds my creative concept. AMAZING extension and waxing work as well. I am rather fond of her and will be sticking with her as long as she is a hairstylist. I have always looked for that stylist I can stay with until I need to go in every two weeks as an old lady and get my hair set. I found that stylist. yay! read more

While this wasn't my first facial I was very pleased with the treatment and walked out knowing I will schedule again. Anita's approach is very professional. She wants you to feel absolutely comfortable with everything from the room, to the products, to the service she is providing. The pricing is reasonable - I travel a lot for work and am fortunate to partake in hotel/resort spa services. My only reminder would be - facials will make your skin VERY transparent. Don't be like me and schedule on a major holiday/celebration aka my 30th birthday :)

I chose this place because I was able to make an appointment online and there were openings on the time and date I needed. Also their price for a kids haircut according to that website was cheaper than most places. We were running 5 minutes late on an icy day so it's not like we could drive any faster. Plus anyone knows having young kids could mean getting out the house later than planned. Well I called to let them know we were running just a few minutes late and the person who answered basically said "well hurry because I have an appointment right after". We rushed and I was basically a hot mess, even almost getting hit by a car in the parking lot, dropping our kid's shoes on the street as I carried her running into the salon. I did not want to miss our appointment because it was much needed. As we rushed into the salon, the lady we had an appointment with Sonja) and another hair stylist were staring at us and I had this feeling they were talking about me. This made me feel weird and self conscious and embarrassed. The haircut took barely 5 minutes and I'm sure the next customer wouldn't have minded waiting a min or two and yes I understand this is why we have appointments, but it sucks when businesses lack empathy, understanding, warmth and compassion. Will not be returning.
