My pickup time was 4:14 p.m., and I arrived on time. I stood at the front for about 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past without acknowledging me. One employee at the bar looked at me several times but never spoke or let anyone know I was waiting. During that time, another customer walked in and was immediately asked if he needed assistance. I had to speak up and say I'd been waiting to get help. To make matters worse, my order wasn't even ready at the scheduled pickup time. I also noticed another couple come in and wait without being greeted. The manager did apologize and offered complimentary appetizers, which I appreciated, but the overall customer service left such a poor impression that I don't plan to return. The food was good, but good food doesn't make up for being ignored. While I was waiting, another couple came in and wasn't greeted either. They assumed it was self-seating, sat down for a while without anyone acknowledging them, and eventually left. Watching that happen made me realize this wasn't just a one-time issue with my order it seemed like a breakdown in customer service that could easily cost the restaurant business. I was the one trying to get information for the rest of my group, and instead of being helpful or welcoming, two employees made me feel like I was bothering them.
