review about newly built complex in Hoofddorp: Building was completed in horrendous condition. As a student with limited resources you don't have a lot of options and they take full advantage of this. Improper insulation in the apartments, air leakage, cold wind coming through, constant high pitch noise from wind (which happens a lot), broken driers for months, unhelpful customer representatives, the list goes on and on. If you can in any way avoid renting from Duwo I would advise you to do so. It will save you a lot of headaches along the way. I moved into my apartment over 2 months ago and I still have a bunch of issues that have not been resolved. Quite frankly unacceptable. Duwo could not care less about their tenants. Spinoza Campus's hallway: The hallways are very dirty specially if you live on the 1st floors. They were rarely cleaned and full of dirt and trash. They wash the place (may be) once a year from top to bottom, even then the dirt from top floors end up landing on the first floor. It is DIRTY. read more

Worst housing corporation ever!! Sadly you do not have much options as a student. Duwo is very careless they have send out incorrect information numerous times. Their service cost are to high whilst the quality of service is not up to par. For example when they sent out the wrong information to the tax offices, the students of my building received less tax allowance for a couple months because of Duwo. Despite Duwo being to blame they were not open to make any arrangement with students. read more
