This particular location is a few streets away from Broadway in Saratoga, where you will also find yet another Stewart's. This store was clean and well lit. This is the perfect place to stop in when you forget to buy milk or eggs at the grocery store. Stewart's has their own brand of beer too, it's fairly inexpensive and not too bad. A lot of my friends and acquaintances in the area love the ice cream from here, I would give it about 8 out of 10. There are a TON of flavor options!! This is definitely an inexpensive place to pick up a tasty frozen treat for a price that won't break the bank. Good place to take kids and you can use your debit/credit card, some of the mom and pop ice cream stands require you to have cash. You can buy pre-packaged cartons of ice cream or get a cone/sundae. So if you are wandering Saratoga and looking for ice cream, I recommend giving this a try over Cold Stone. You will probably save a few bucks!

This is the second time in 3 months that they were out of stock on a popular mainstream medication. I got a message on my answering machine 11/10 or regarding my prescription and returned that call on 11/15 (I was on vacation). I asked if the script was ready for pickup and was told it was out of stock. I grumbled a bit and the story changed; now it IS in stock but cannot be filled until 11/21 (not a Walgreen issue, insurance rules). Then I was asked, despite my call asking if the script is ready to be picked up, if I would like it filled. I was tempted to ask the staffer why else would I ask if it were ready for pickup, but I was not in the mood for a lecture from the pharmacist about how fragile the feelings of her staff are. As far as impending store closing goes, I can think of no other reason for repeated, frequent and regular out of stock issues than dwindling sales causing corporate managers to reduce inventory levels as they decide what to do with the store. Given the level of inconvenience suffered by customers, the reason behind such a situation, if it does exist, is clear.

I have been doing online orders at Walgreens as u tend to find more deals. This has also made me but things that I may not need at that point of time.

Today I went there 3/26/25 for the 5th time. I was told her insurance had expired on 3/24. I asked which insurance had paid for it the last 4 months. My answer was yelled at me that the insurance had paid for it. I asked how is that if they told me it had expired a year ago. I was rudely yelled at again before leaving very angry. Needless to say I will not longer be going to CVS for anything ever again. I really wish they would go out of business if that's how they treat people. They act as though you need them and can't go anywhere else instead of them needing your business. They won't be getting mine even if it was the only place to go.
