Gas prices in the town of Milton are quite interesting. In many areas, there are price wars going…read moreon, and prices are quite competitive. In other areas, stations obviously relying on not having any competition nearby and/or brand loyalty. This Valero appears to be quite new, and it's already on the competitive side and also the very busy side. With entrances/exits on both Saratoga Rd. and Brookline Rd., there is traffic entering and exiting everywhere, and there's not always enough pavement to get around cars, particularly at the corner closest to the traffic intersection. There's also a medium-sized convenience market here, M&M Food Mart.

With gas prices around 20 cents a gallon - or more - less expensive than everything else nearby,…read moreI'm fine enduring a bit of a wait, and even drivers whose politeness would be rated 1 star. When it gets busy, there can be a bit of a line waiting your turn. Even though there are pumps set up for gas tanks on both the driver's and passenger's sides, and arrows suggesting how to enter and exit, you always have those folks who will ignore the arrows and those waiting in line to back into a spot or drive around and come in from the back. Watch out for those folks. I'm docking them 1 star for bad signage. The sign before entering the gas area was definitely out of date. It showed a gas price fifteen cents lower than today's actual price. I'm wondering whether they're short staffed, too lazy to update the sign, or whether they think folks will be more interested in getting gas, then learning the price is higher but will stay anyway. C'mon, everyone coming here is already a BJs customer and knows the price is lower. The do need to remember one other thing... the Costco opening a couple of miles away in 2026 will also sell gas.

One disadvantage of the rewards program is that you have to have the purchases debited out of your checking account and cannot be paid for through a credit card. I would have given this 5 stars but I am taking off 2 stars for a bad pizza and for a bad coffee. God yelled by my mom for the bad pizza and got yelled by my wife for a bad coffee.

Then a neighbor told me about the Sunoco across the street from Stewart's which is a full service station. Value: I was amazed that the gas prices are the same as Stewart's. What? Service: The young man who pumps gas is courteous and efficient. He greets you with a smile and chats if you like when he isn't swamped. He makes a good day even better and a bad day promising. I need to ask his name, so I can add it here. This Sunoco is where I buy gas now when needed.
