Convenience is definitely present, as they are open early and late (till midnight). The coffee is usually very fresh, and is surprisingly good. The regular coffee in the Bunn pot is the only one I have tried, as I do not care for flavored coffees. The beans are good, the roast is good, and I have made it almost a daily ritual to get it. Emergency provisions such as eggs, bacon, gallons of milk, chocolate chips, flour, sugar, butter, etc. are available. Cat and Dog food, Motor oil of course, a wide assortment of chips, candy, some hot food, sandwiches and pastries are available. The local papers are almost always well stocked. What makes an enjoyable experience here is the fact that the people working there are just really nice people. Some different employees come and go, but they never hire nasty or surly folks. So the vetting process for being hired must be pretty good. Kudos to the management (and the staff!)

My first thought was "people, how hard can it be?". Well, then it was my turn. I tried THREE different bills and TWO different credit cards... none of the five worked for me. Really? However, at that point (you know, after being in line for 10+ minutes) people were behind me so I couldn't back up, so I just waited for the car in front of me to finish so I could drive on through. Tip: Canaan Car Wash is about 10.5 miles south down Route 7 in Canaan CT if you are headed that way.
