In two days the pool was clear and nearly perfect already. I thought it would take weeks to get any kind of balance. Also they reset the pump flat on the concrete, added guards by the timer, disconnected old chlorinator, added a hose bin to drain the pool, refurbished the DE filter with all new filter grid and new ring seal. My fire pit they put in only worked for 2 years.... Same story, not under warranty. I've had numerous issues with pump and heater- luckily both were under warranty. I can say they built a beautiful pool, but when spending this amount of money (way more than competitors quotes) I expect it to also be good quality and last more than 2 yrs.
