We bought a home that happened to have a pool, and out of 40+ years of marriage, we have NEVER had a pool. We "inherited" the service company, who seemed to do the basics. At one point, they told us that our technician was going on vacation---seemed odd that there was no replacement. The following week was another no show---I had to call and tell them the pool was green. I got so fed up that we changed to Stewart about six months and they have been FABULOUS. They go way above and beyond the call of duty!! They have new software that gives you all your pool stats and informs you of any potential problems. They have been great to work with and I cannot fathom that another company could possible do a better job!! read more

Stewart Pools is hands down the best pool service company I have used in my 15 years of pool ownership. They are responsive to all of my requests and they show up when scheduled and never surprise me with unexpected charges. Would not use this company again but if they did it for free. Spent a lot of money on things they said I needed but only caused more problems. Everything from equipment to deck. Horrible! Oh and be assured they will say it is "operator error" and blame it on you. read more

I have no faith in this company. They were no shows two weeks in a row. On the phone they are real nice and act as though they want to help you but in fact their word means nothing. Don't bother contacting them for anything! Save yourself the time and choose another pool company. read more

Fine with chemicals and keeping pool clear, don't let them near your pump or electrical services. The repairs after they attempt to fix the issue will cost you thousands. read more

Proceed with caution. I was initially very impressed that Jeff tried to diagnose the problem over the phone. Per his request, I emailed him pictures of my system. I was told he'd followup. But he didn't. I had to call. Cleared my schedule for an AM appt. After 30 mins, I had to call. I was given an excuse about a customer's pool pump cracking and flooding the neighbor's yard. Stuff happens... sometimes it doesn't. My biggest concern was that I had to call to get an update on their whereabouts. We rescheduled for 2:15 for a two hour window I kept open. Rushed home for nothing. By 2:52, no word. I had to call (notice the trend here?). I was told the tech was on his way and would give me a call. At 3:00 I receive a call from the tech that he's about 20 minutes away. Nope. Cancelled appt. Not a commentary on the technician because I don't believe he was privy to any of it. But this is just sad, sad business etiquette. read more

Stewart Pools is amazing! I could never say enough about the staff and the treatment of their customers. They have been providing service for our pool since they started business and this year did a complete remodel of our pool. We love the remodel and with them doing weekly pool service we never worry about our pool be ready when we are ready to swim. read more
