My daughter, who has self esteem issues had braces installed and the experience has been wonderful!! When I look at the cost and see all the work they do to ensure her teeth will be beautiful, it is all worth it. The ladies at the front are awesome, every time I've called or interacted with them face to face, they are extremely professional and kind. My daughter has had wonderful experiences with her nurses (except one who wasn't as friendly), they make sure she understands what to do, makes sure her wires are cut properly for comfort. I can have coffee, watch a movie in the theater or I can do my work at one of the tables. Recently, my daughter had a visit and received the kindest card from Tilghman Orthodontics!! She was so happy and it made me smile, because it's the little things that are so big!! If you need braces, this is the place to be. They treat you with kindness and like they are happy you're there!! Keep up the great work, Tilghman Orthodontics!! We are happy to be a part of your family.

I was looking to get a retainer for a front tooth that was starting to move behind another tooth. When I get at the dental office, I realize that the office primarily works with children. No problem. I was examined along with a room full of little kids. Crazy because I am a grown man. Dr. Vickers was outstanding. The staff was very professional. After several visits and with the help of a retainer, my smile is perfect once again. I highly recommend Sea Smiles and Dr. Susan Vickers.

I didn't not get an appointment reminder and was told it was confirmed. I asked how was it confirmed and they couldn't tell me if it was text, email, phone call and that's because I didn't get one. I was then advised they could not schedule us for another appointment. And we needed to find another Dentist. I was shocked. And saddened. Up until this happened we have been very pleased with our services and Staff has been great. I am incredibly disappointed, we've been with them for years.

Not only was our experience A+, they wouldn't accept payment for the work. I was blown away! I didn't know businesses existed like this anymore. Thank you Seaside Smiles! If you're looking for an orthodontist, I would recommend Seaside Smiles with no reservations.

My husband and I moved to Delaware and found a sedation dentist who patched my 1960's mercury fillings with a 'slap dash' of porcelain. We needed to find a new dentist. My husband found "Smiles by Higgins and Holsinger" in Denton, MD. They do everything, from soup to nuts, including sedation dentistry; however, their sedation dentistry is oral, not intravenous, and, therefore, safer. Their business is state of the art and the site upon which they built their business is gorgeous! Dr. Holsinger is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 68-years old. The work he does is flawless, truly PAINLESS and over with before you know it. I cannot accurately convey to you how finding a dentist I look forward to seeing has changed my life.
