I was examined along with a room full of little kids. Crazy because I am a grown man. Dr. Vickers was outstanding. The staff was very professional. If I knew all this before my teeth could have been saved and I would not have ended having implants and caps. When I had my first few implants, my hubby said "I now have a Mercedes Benz on my mouth." A few years later, he said now I have a Porsche.

Dr Perim was strongly suggesting that my husband keep his teeth. In less than a year Dr Perim did work costing $16,000 after $3000 in payments from dental insurance!!! I could never get him to provide us with a written procedure plan or submitt predetermiation claims to the insurance. We have a modest income and that kind of debt isn't something we take lightly! After seeing where things were headed, I googled him and found out he had fraudulently made claims to Medicare and was forced to reimburse $300,000! We had to take a loan for $8,000 to pay him. My husband and I moved to Delaware and found a sedation dentist who patched my 1960's mercury fillings with a 'slap dash' of porcelain. We needed to find a new dentist. My husband found "Smiles by Higgins and Holsinger" in Denton, MD. They do everything, from soup to nuts, including sedation dentistry; however, their sedation dentistry is oral, not intravenous, and, therefore, safer. Their business is state of the art and the site upon which they built their business is gorgeous! Dr. Holsinger is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 68-years old. The work he does is flawless, truly PAINLESS and over with before you know it. I cannot accurately convey to you how finding a dentist I look forward to seeing has changed my life. I have a lot of fun at every visit because the staff could not be nicer, more helpful or more supportive. They provide you with a small bag of soup, pudding and applesauce, but I have not needed it.
