I came to my 5 pm appointment 20 minutes early, they request 15 minutes through text, and sat until 5:15 pm before asking if they are running late and the nice woman at the front said 30 minutes behind. Annoying but ok 5:40 pm I ask again and turns out they took an "emergency appointment" during my slot and since I am there for my annual they'll get to me when they get to me. Yep, that rude. They could have just called and rescheduled but no. Not only that the doctor couldn't give me an estimated wait time, how dare I even ask, and when I mentioned I have young kids waiting at home the office manager told me my appointment was cancelled....bye...

She is not very charming at times, as she can come on as distant to her patients. I guess social skills are not part of the med school curriculum. My respect for her as a doctor was further cemented and enhanced when I overheard the ER staff and doctors taking among themselves about her great skills diagnosing my life threatening condition.
