Consider they are pretty busy all the time. I was able to get a same date appointment with my doctor. I scheduled online which was easier than before (I had to call before they had the upgrades). The staff, nurses and doctors are always nice and caring. They listen to your concerns and perform/order necessary tests. Prescriptions will go to your pharmacy electronically. I would recommend the primary care and walk-in here.

As is my usual fate it was not my insurance that changed. SHE decided she was no longer taking Blue Cross Blue Shield. I was devastated. I have no complaints about her treatment. I have seen other doctors from time to time, but I have not found another doctor who "gets" his patients like Dr. Jonas does. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I can tell you that Dr. Jonas goes above and beyond. To me, he strikes a great balance between a great medical practicioner, as well as someone who can relate to his patients. The office staff has always been professional and courteous to me. In response to the previous post, i have never seen filth or dirt in the office. Yes there are childrens toys (as there are pediatricians in the office) and the furniture is pretty simple overall. But I don't go to the doctor looking to step into an upscale furniture store. I go to the doctor to ascertain what my medical problem is and to get better. Dr. Jonas enables me to achieve both of those things.
