My life was at a standstill! I expected only mild relief because I've had many injections that lasted only a week or two! Dr. Horowitz is a miracle worker! Naturally we were a little bit mad and he obviously sensed it but the appointment went ok. However on our follow up visit he could barely contain his displeasure, spent all of 3 minutes with my husband, was curt, didn't like when we had questions, abruptly left us at the front desk, went back to his office and slammed the door. He really needs to works on his doctor/ patient relationship since that's how he makes his money.

The staff are amazing and fun and very knowledgeable. The whole program was pain free because they work with each individuals needs to get them the best results without pain. Currently sitting here for appointment, in a gown, when I am told the graft is not correct for my surgery. Needs to be rescheduled again. That means another day of scheduling school drop offs, taking off of work, etc. My boss doesn't even believe me because it's such a crazy story to have it messed up TWO times. What kind of professional place is not prepared for a surgery? I will not have them perform my surgery anymore as they literally cannot be trusted to do anything right.

Horrible Experience at Valley Clinic in Bergenfield!…read more I had a horrible experience at Valley Clinic in Bergenfield when I brought my sick daughter in for medical care. First, the receptionist took an extremely long time to check us in, even after I provided my insurance information. When I expressed my frustration about the delay, he seemed unwilling to help me and called another staff member, who then asked me for the exact same information all over again. After providing the information again, my daughter was taken into a room, and her temperature was checked. The reading was 100°F. About five minutes later, a physician came into the room and told me my daughter's temperature was 107°F. I do not believe this was an accurate reading, and I felt that I was being given false information about my daughter's condition. The physician then told me that my daughter needed further evaluation in the emergency room. The entire experience left me feeling dismissed, disrespected, and as though my daughter was not receiving the proper attention she deserved. I had insurance and came to this clinic seeking medical care for my sick child, yet I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I decided to leave and take my daughter to AM/PM Urgent Care in Bergenfield, where we were attended to right away without any problems. I am extremely disappointed with the staff and physician at Valley Clinic. The slow check-in process, repeated questions, and conflicting temperature readings made this an upsetting experience. No parent should have to go through this when seeking medical care for their sick child. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. The staff and physicians need to demonstrate better communication, professionalism, honesty, and compassion toward patients.
