Once the work is complete, be sure to ask if all safety checks were completed (better yet, research what a plumber is supposed to for safety checks and watch or document what you see before giving payment) and ask him to go over what he did and make sure the work matches your estimate. Make him give you an invoice before he leaves your house and do not give him payment until you get it and you are completely satisfied with the work done. Trust is earned and it wasn't in this encounter.

We discovered the leak in a pedestal sink fixture and it had to be replaced. Had to have a new floor installed with the old one taken out and dried. I went ahead and bought what was needed at Home depot and the helper Kenny helped get everything fixed, installed and working properly. I called on Monday and all work completed on Wednesday.
