Okay, I admit it, I didn't call first but I was in West Bend anyway, and had taken along a lock I needed re-keyed with the intention of coming here. The Luck of the Irish was with me again as I caught Brian just as he was leaving for a job site. (I should have tried to call him first, just like you'll call first!) He took my storm door lock and explained what keying this particular lock would entail. He then left for his job site, and I went to the other business I was on my way to visit. Brian called me a couple of hours later and told me I could pick up my lock! I was pleased to be able to pick it up right away. He does NOT do automotive locks. If you're locked out of your car, call AAA, which is what you should do anyway.
