I brought them a new garment, and they had dust, lint and thread all over the material when I went to pick up. The work was extremely sloppy, like an amateur or beginner doing the work. Line were not followed well, or material was not cut straight. The sewing line was straight, but the material was not lined up properly, and it looked like the needle moved side to side, but the material was not laid down properly and was wavy and not cut very well. Material used was cheap. I would not recommend. I have plenty of items tailored, but nothing of this poor quality. Not only that, but I have done better work on my own. And I can't sew worth a lick, but my work was way better than this. Look elsewhere. If you don't care about workmanship, go ahead, but if you are looking for good or quality work, this i not the spot for you. I give every business a fair shop and I thought I would go local and small, bad move in this case. I love to support the locals. But Not If they give garbage service in return. Told old for poor service, not anymore. Just walk away, cut your losses and ask better questions the next time.
