I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!

I dropped off the keys and had to provide some information for their system, then they were able to start. It took under an hour and they were able to send text updates so I knew when it was completed. There was some minor pricing confusion at the start as they first only showed a quote on the screen that only partially detailed what it was, and it didn't include the tire cost. A quick explanation by another employee was all that was needed. Apparently they show the add ons and install first, then add cost of tires. This location is easy to drop off and pick up. Easy to locate and a quick walk in with their side entrance. Tires weren't too pricy and great customer service!

The convenience store was clean, had plenty of snacks, drinks, fountain drinks and alcoholic beverages. They even have a warm food kiosk/ stand. I didn't look to see what they had in it, but I'm sure there's hot dogs and nachos. The gas station was modern with multiple pumping stations. Farmers seems to be a good stop. What more can I say? Oh! I picked up two packs of sunflowers seeds to keep us occupied on the 3 hour drive. The sunflower seeds were Giants brand, instead of the Frito-Lays I normally get. Sure enough, these seeds were certainly "giants"! This makes it easier to pop in your mouth and spit them out! LOL! The bacon ranch flavor was addictive! It wasn't saturated with salt as I thought- which was great! I didn't feel like I had to drink a liter of water after each serving! The BBQ flavor was a bit too flavorful for me, after eating the awesome bacon ranch! Well there you go! Pick up some Giants sunflower seeds when you stop at Farmers Union Oil! Cheers!
