When I showed online where the clips were the old 20 year veteran was too proud to look at it and proceeded to pull on until he broke it free. A never gave me a core credit and overcharged me for the battery. This gentleman was too proud to look at a simple instruction online in order to do the job properly. No one should ever go to this place as they're taking advantage of people and overcharging them. He told me during the course of the fix that he charges customers more if they stand there and watch him. I had to assure that he wasn't break the brackets. Do not go here.

Surprisingly, they were able to fit me in the next day for an install, which was very appreciated. I dropped off the keys and had to provide some information for their system, then they were able to start. It took under an hour and they were able to send text updates so I knew when it was completed. There was some minor pricing confusion at the start as they first only showed a quote on the screen that only partially detailed what it was, and it didn't include the tire cost. A quick explanation by another employee was all that was needed. Apparently they show the add ons and install first, then add cost of tires. This location is easy to drop off and pick up. Easy to locate and a quick walk in with their side entrance. Tires weren't too pricy and great customer service!
