Optimum RV in Harlingen, Tx provided the Best customer service we've had in a long time. Our…read moresalesman, Ian, was awesome! He listened to our needs and showed us the perfect Travel Trailer that met our needs for a Double Axle trailer. Juan, the Finance person that closed the deal for us was awesome too. Andrew, the Prep and Delivery Service person was great too! We had driven more than 240 miles to look at a specific used Double Axle Trailer that was listed for a great price. We decided paying a little more for a new Trailer would be better for us. Thankful for the great customer service and quick response to our online inquiry that Saturday evening. Ian had come in on his only day off, Sunday, to assist us since we were coming from out of town. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! We highly recommend Optimum RV if your interested in buying a RV.

Called last week the lady had my tag for who knows how long, said it would be mailed out. Been over a week now and no tag. Called again today telling me its been completed? What has? The registration she said, I said well who ever I talked to last week said the tag was there and would get mailed out. Things got heated on my end because ive been expecting my tag, trailer was purchased July 4th,2026. So she said she would go look and see if it was there, long behold ITS STILL THERE. So that set me off even more. Yeah things got heated on my end but still I have the right to be, where's my Fking tag for my plate, then she hung up on me. I will be calling their corporate office to put a complaint in on how lazy the title and tag department is and how they dont do their job. DONT BUY SHIT from these people

It broke less than two months later they did not honor their warranty. I work remotely so my driver took it in the so-called mechanic was not there so the owner's wife looked at it...... Yes I am serious.!!!The so-called business owner LOL was not there either so he had his wife look at it and she concluded that the spring was broke. I had to come into town look at it myself to find out they never changed the spring the first time. They left a few pieces off that called the failure the second time . took me and my driver 30 minutes to fix something they charged 5 hours for. This guy is so unprofessional and lacks any knowledge of true mechanics. Make sure you ask about all the hidden fees and ask him what his true expertise is . Don't think he actually has one just will take anything that is thrown at him. I consider myself a shade tree mechanic and I was able to fix something in an hour that they couldn't figure out in two trips and $1,500 later.
