Long story short it was ok to drive back but he told us what was wrong as to not let us get ripped off by the dealer when we get back. Very honest people her at Young's and didn't even want to charge us for the hour we were there since they only diagnosed. We gave some but still walked away better than we would've at the dealer. I called to schedule an appointment but told the lady who answered that I had a few questions first and could I please speak with someone. She gruffly told me that "is not possible" and that I needed to just go ahead and bring my vehicle in to be serviced and then afterwards I could ask questions. Giving the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe she didn't understand plain english I started to try and explain my question I had and she hung up. So I call back and ask, "why in the world would you hang up on a first time potential customer?" Grumpy as she was when she first answered the phone she is "sorry I am offended", not sorry that she was incredibly rude and that maybe I should go somewhere else. I agree with her on that point.
