The Kia soul was a great choice. It's got as standard. A lot of features that other people pay extra for a lot of safety features that really help. I hope this is the last car I ever have to buy as I'm older but if I did have to buy another car, I would definitely go back to Burt Ogden Kia. My family has been buying cars from the Ogden dealerships even before Ogden had his own dealership back when he worked for the Cadillac company and I've always been happy with the service and the treatment I've gotten at Burt Ogden.

I gave Kia in Harlingen a1 star rating because I am so disappointed with the service I am receiving. I am Fleet manager for Sunny Glen Children homes and we took 2 Kia's for a recall over a month ago. I have yet to receive and updates and every time I call I keep getting told that it will be ready in a few days. According to your staff the parts are on its way but before I took them for service they had assured me that the parts were in. Just this morning I have called to the service depart 5 times and no one answer. I have also called the main Harlingen line to speak with an operator and it goes straight to voice mail. If anyone cares to speak to me my name is Ozzy Ramirez and I am the Fleet Manager for Sunny Glen Children Home in San Benito. I will not be recommending Bert Ogden Kia in Harlingen to any business or anyone that I know. My phone number is 956-234-0607

After searching for my car for about 15 minutes, guess what? It wouldn't start. They were going to have the technician look at over this afternoon to see what the problem is. That was hours ago. Have I heard anything? No I have not. This is also a recurring issue with this dealership. They never contact me to let me know what the issue is and when I call someone is always going to call back. That almost never happens. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
