The end result is nothing short of incredible and more than met my expectations! I first saw a recommendation for Arbor Pro on a local social media website. We touched base by email and Jason placed me on his wait list. He asked about our needs and expectations and we shared information about each other's love of plants. At that time, Jason was a one man team with a long list of waiting customers and we were willing to wait for a certified arborist - they are hard to find in the southern corridor - and two months later we were excited to hear from Jason and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Our quote for 5 mature (28 yr. old) native Texas trees and 2 overgrown heirloom rose bushes all to be trimmed was very reasonable and it took them all day. Considering how cold it was, I was impressed with their endurance. They moved everything off of the patio and raked the yard, picking up every little branch. They used a blower to make sure the patio, driveway, and all surfaces were cleared of sawdust and any debris. I asked for firewood from my ash and oak and ended up with it cut and stacked in the ring. The rose bushes were perfectly trimmed! I wouldn't have thought a tree service would know what to do with my heirlooms; but the old dead canes were all removed, the wind damaged ones gone and symmetry restored. Jason also let me know that an Emerald Ash Borer is attacking and killing Texas Ash trees. He treated my trees pre-emptively and advised me to continue to do so annually. Our yard has balance and beauty again. We've never had such thorough service. I highly recommend Jason Junier, Certified Arborist, and Arbor Pro for your tree care. Hired this "company" to regrade and lay new sod in my backyard. What I got was a short-cut job…read morewhere they just removed existing top layer and placed new sod directly on top of that. No grading to speak of. No measurements. No calculations on flow, drop, degrees. They left maybe a 1/2 inch of foundation showing and the new grass level with the concrete patio. And essentially created a major drainage situation that has resulted in water in my home on multiple sides of the property. THE WORST PART - when I contacted Carlos (owner??) about this, his only response was to charge me to fix it. $#&?! I normally don't post bad reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I hired City Wide Tree Service to remove some trees and stumps at my house. He came by to look over…read morethe work which included removing two big trees, two small trees and removing some branches leaning on to the house. We agreed on a price, but when he came to do the job I had some additional work for him and I explained to him I will pay extra for the additional work. As they were finishing up the work, I noticed he did not remove one big tree. He said there was a miscommunication and his original price was for only one big tree. So we agreed on the additional cost for the additional work. Since I needed that tree gone, I paid him what he asked for. I did not realize he did not grind the stump when he removed the last tree. Few days later, I recognized the omission and asked him to remove the remaining stump but he needed more money. I explained to him the agreement and the payment included the stump removal. I asked him to reduce the extra cost in half. His response was total silence as if he wants nothing to do with me. After so many messages, I realized he is ignoring me. In my opinion,very poor way of responding and very unprofessional. I am very upset with Daniel for the way he treated me as if I am a pariah. Daniel could have at least called me to explain his reasons for the extra payment. I will never recommend City Wide Tree Services to anybody.
