I was weary of going with safe lite just because I wanted OEM glass. I looked around and found this reputable glass shop. Carrie the receptionist is amazing. She always follows up and was able to get the exact glass I wanted. They worked with the insurance and I did not have to pay a single dollar. Matt, who was the technician who repaired my glass is probably the nicest glass technician I have met. He came out and reviewed the damages. Also did a throw evaluation of the condition of the car. This shows that they pay attention to detail. I recently took my car out after two days of it sitting in the garage to make sure that the glue had set even though it's likely not necessary. The glass itself looks brand new and the workmanship without any damage. I don't think you can ask for more. These guys have my business in the future if I ever have a window chip or need a window replacement.

Joshua was on time for our initial appointment and was meticulous in measuring for the order. He explained that screwholes drilled too close to the tile edge can crack tiles and suggested offset hinges that would keep drilling farther from the tile edge. Once the door was ordered he kept us informed of the order's status. Installation was excellent, including cleanup, and just nine days from placing the order. Cost of the door and installation was about half the amount quoted by one local glass company. Our interactions with the company were handled in a courteous businesslike manner. We'd happily do business with Precision Shower Doors again.

This company's culture is unhealthy. The shower installers did not share with owner what happened:…read more that they backed into my garage apron to turn around and leave on 10/18. They backed up too far towards garage and dented the gutter above my garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart . It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time to find a company and 385 dollars for install of a new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck that was at fault - the height was right. But then I looked at the photos and the placement of the dents. As soon as I saw the Wolverine Glass truck again on 11/8 (my installation was delayed) with metal stuff/ladders sticking out about a foot from the back end of the truck, I knew based on my photos that they had done it. Their demeanor with me was also very different from the first time they were here - they knew I knew. I am owed an apology - and the company's insurance should pay for the 385. In addition, the customer service was below par. They never did courtesy calls to confirm appointments; I always had to call them to confirm. And at the end, I did not even receive a thank you - dirt on shower floor and an invoice via email for the last 50% of the bill. I do not recommend them.
