Burgers are insane, stacked tall with amazingness and have a ton of flavor. We placed an order easily online and it was ready promptly. My son and I shared the BULL ($19 - Bulgogi, Kimchi, Caramelized Onion, Shishito Peppers, Spring Mix, American, Cheddar, Korean Aioli) and it was amazing. It could have possibly had more aioli spread evenly on it if I had one very, very minor complaint. We also shared the Shishito Peppers because they were out of their awesome Brussel Sprouts ($10.00 - Lup Cheong Sausage, Chili Garlic Soy Reduction, Gochu-q) and man, that sausage is sick...so good. Their burgers are pretty good, although I feel they were even better in the past. I used to go to their Lomita location (which has since become a different restaurant), and I remember the burgers being served on brioche buns that really stood out in taste. I'm a big fan of fresh-made burgers rather than fast-food style places, and I don't mind paying a bit more for something made fresh. Their menu has great options overall, and the lunch box is a solid value for the price. The homemade onion rings are especially good. The only issue I consistently have with this location is the fries. I've never received crispy fries here. There is now an option to request "crispy / well-done" fries when ordering online, but it doesn't apply to all menu items, and it still doesn't seem consistent. What I usually receive are soft, oily fries that end up tasting more like steamed potatoes, which I personally can't enjoy. I don't think most people would prefer fries served that way over crispy ones, so I really hope they can improve on this part of the menu.

Just in time for AAPI Heritage Month, Proudly Serving collaborated with Filipino American kickboxing champion Jackie Buntan. Jackie grew up in the South Bay and is a fan of Proudly Serving, thus leading to her collaborating with them. The Buntan Burger by Jackie Buntan x Proudly Serving is a celebration of Filipino heritage and flavor in every bite. It has a double patty, mozzarella cheese, banana ketchup aioli, longganisa, and atchara on soft pandesal from Gemmae Bakeshop. I really enjoyed this burger. I loved how they used pandesal and how they had a lot of Filipino ingredients in this burger. The longganisa paired well with the burger patty and gave the burger a nice, sweet touch. I also really liked the touch of banana ketchup aioli and atchara. Aside from The Buntan Burger, I got the PS Fries. I've gotten these fries before and they still remain to be some of the best fries I've ever tried. The thick fries are so crisp and delicious. I am fan of the generous toppings of burger patty, cheese, griddled onions, pickles and special sauce. I love the PS Fries but definitely also want to try the Chili Cheese Fries next time. I called & let them know, they mentioned next time they would compensate me on my next order. Today, I ordered a breakfast burrito with my store "credit" originally promised & they gave me tons of push back on how I originally ordered my burger dry. I told them that is not even an option on DoorDash and I have photo proof. Long story short, they messed up the burger, by far, the worst I've had in a while. Then provided false promised customer service. Then argued about a mistake they made on order even though they promised store credit for the burger meal (& burrito would've been of lesser value.) After all the back and forth with them, I said forget it. All and all. They just lost a customer who has been ordering there for years. Good thing there is a better quality burger place opening up in town, go to Fantastics instead or Steve's Burger.
