My boyfriend doesn't often shop for casual clothes so it was a nice treat for him to get such attentive customer service. The gentleman working was happy to give feedback and picked out some nice pieces while speaking about the quality of items they bring in. Most of the items are either made local or sweatshop free in the USA. This is the kind of quality I want to spend money on and is generally a deciding factor when I make any purchase. I also wanted to speak about the simplicity of the decor and layout of the shop. Great merchandising as it really draws the eye in. They also sell some quality accessories including footwear, bags, ties and sunglasses. We will certainly be back when we visit the island again.

I was warmly greeted by Kathleen who promptly took on the task of finding me a new blue suit to replace my pre-pandemic suit that no longer fits me. She eyeballed me for size and was off to the races. I still don't know how she managed to be so accurate, but she managed to nail it on the first try. She showed me two suits to start and as I looked in the mirror after putting on the jackets for each suit, she was keeping watch of me while searching for other appropriate options based on my thoughts as I broke down what I liked about them. I was then escorted to the fitting rooms to also try on the pants. I was also provided with a shirt so that I could get a better sense of how it all came together. Amazingly, it was one of those first two that she had me try that I ultimately selected. It might have been the easiest suit purchase of my life. To put this in perspective, I have had full bespoke suits made for me locally and in Hong Kong. I've also bought off the rack suits from Dunn's (recommended) and Red Baker (recommended) and fake bespoke suits from Indochino (not recommended). My experience with Kathleen and Harry Rosen was only exceeded by my bespoke suit experiences. So there you have it. If you're looking for a new suit, head on over to this Outlet location for Harry Rosen. The prices are great and the service is top notch!

During a short visit to Duncan for Father's Day, I was excited to spend quality time with my Dad and treat him to some new clothes. We searched for menswear options and Outlooks came up first, so we headed there full of enthusiasm and ready to shop. We walked in smiling and ready for a great experience. I introduced my Father and explained we were looking to outfit him with some new pieces. The saleswoman took one look at him and flatly said, "We have nothing for him." No effort. No conversation. No alternative suggestions. Just a dismissive brush-off and out the door we went--feeling dejected and frankly, unwelcome. Thankfully, just two doors down was Jim's Clothes Closet. Not only did they greet us warmly, but their amazing team, especially CoCo, helped my Dad find pants in the exact size the Outlook's employee insisted wouldn't fit him. On top of that, he left with shirts, belts, a hat, and a great vest--plus a smile on his face. Outlooks Menswear gave us the worst customer service experience I've had in years.
