I can say with no doubt that both the group classes, and private yoga sessions taught by Jamie have been the most rewarding. I have not had many teachers with as high of a knowledge of how the body works, or with such a varied array of postures. I highly recommend taking yoga from Jamie if you get the chance. If yoga isn't your thing, she happens to be an even better massage therapist. So good in fact its hard to get an appointment short of a month or two in advance, but its well worth the wait! My personal favorite massage is the AromaTouch treatment.

They even offers some classes that are similar to CrossFit so you can get so many options all in one place. However one gym can't have everything and still be reasonably priced. So some things that might draw you to alternatives in the area will be gyms that will have more expansive hours-esp on the weekends, personal trainers that are more intense, or if you prefer the massage chair and water massage options that other gyms include in membership. For the price point and what it offers, this is very solid selection. Personally I would love for it to have a little bit more, but I also know that gyms like Lifetime cost $200 a month.

We are 6 adults, and four little girls ages 5-7 We range from beginner to experienced with kayaking. Just before we went out, the weather changed so we came back in after half an hour. A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.
