I appreciate how welcoming, accommodating, and responsive the instructors are, especially Heather who I've gotten to know particularly well after attending a magical 5 Koshas day-long retreat at Little Girls Point on Lake Michigan that she organized in August 2019. In my experience, all of the instructors provide a space where I feel supported and guided to take care of myself and to break with old patterns in my life so that I can step into my power in and outside of class. In addition to building up strength in my body, mind, and spirit, one of the most noticeable physical benefits I have experienced has been the low back care I have received through practicing yoga with 5 Koshas instructors. They are incredibly knowledgeable of the human body in addition to being very well-versed in yoga instruction. Whereas my low back is often left still feeling tight after other (non-5 Koshas) yoga classes, 5 Koshas instructors are very intentional with the sequencing of their yoga classes so that we are always compensating for the different ways we are moving our body to bring it back into alignment, resulting in my low back, especially, feeling massaged and relaxed by the end. In many Chicago mix popcorns, the creators will either go to sweet on the caramel corn or too cheesy on the cheese popcorn. And worst case scenario is you end up with both flavors at the extreme. Other places also use too much salt in their mix. After all, cheap popcorn sells more drinks where they can make real money. Here, too, the Greenheck Field House product shines. Just enough salt to satisfy your savory desires but only enough to make you purchase one additional beverage - not two or three. For the purpose of full disclosure, I do not like eating Chicago mix popcorn as a mix. I love caramel corn, and I enjoy cheesy popcorn, but I never let them co-mingle in my mouth.
