This was my first visit to the new branch at eastland. I…read morehad tried to use the coin counting machine at croydon but as it was broken they sent me to eastland and said they had one. When I arrived there was no coin counting machine. They apologized and said they didn't have one. When I explained croydon had sent me there. They apologized again and said they would sort and bag it for me.it took the girl a while to do this but I really appreciated her effort and the customer service I received. They made my afternoon. Thankyou to all the staff who helped me If only all banks treated customers like this
