Dr. Platz is hard to get into and the scheduler offers other doctors when they tell you she's not available. I wait, or go elsewhere if need be. Lakeshore has a blood-draw & specimen lab, and X-ray faicility. However they lose X-rays and tell you to come back the following week for a simple blood draw... etc. It's hit & miss whether this place is more convenient than if she had a private office.

She answered all my questions and provided suggestions for supporting my son.
