She also recommended anti-glare and blue-light coatings based on the concerns I brought up during the exam. However, the appointment felt rushed, and I didn't feel my concerns were fully addressed. After the exam, it took over an hour to be able to order new glasses. I had to schedule to come back. When I received my glasses, my vision felt completely off. I was told to give myself at least two weeks to adjust, but things weren't improving. I returned to the office and found out that the lab had made a mistake with my glasses. After receiving a replacement pair, I was still experiencing problems. When I explained that the prescription didn't feel right, the doctor seemed frustrated, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Rather than rechecking my eyes, she suggested changing the coating on my glasses. Unfortunately, I continued to struggle with my vision, especially at night. After multiple visits and still not getting the results I needed, I decided to get a second opinion at a different optometrist location. I was told that my prescription was incorrect, which confirmed my concerns that something was wrong. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket at another provider to get my eyes checked and obtain the proper prescription. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on glasses that don't work, make multiple trips back to the same office, and then have to pay even more elsewhere to address the problem since my insurance only covers annual exams for vision care. I have never experienced this before I've been wearing glasses over 15 years. I trusted this office with my vision care, but my experience left me disappointed and out additional money. Patients deserve to have their concerns heard and taken seriously, especially when they repeatedly explain that their vision does not feel right. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office.

I tried cutting onins to stimulate my tears, but almost no tears came out facing over the cut onions. i nerve had dry eyes in my entire life before!!! before whenever i cut onions, i would had tears non stop for 5 minutes, but now my eyes don't produce tears - this is horrible!!! further more, their off charged me 2.5% transaction fee for use a credit card to pay the copay.
