I have experienced SEVERAL dentist, including many others locally in San Antonio also, and am attentive to their care. KLT Dentistry is THE place to go for dental care. I'd even suggest you drop the convenience of where you go now, and check them out. I'm writing this review after having been in their care now for several months. I have experienced outstanding care from just making appointments, needing to reschedule, getting reminders, and of course, office visits. Their care and awareness to clients needs and their professionalism is outstanding. They're a private and not corporate care, so there's that bonus too. I feel so lucky to have found them! I was truly apprehensive yet another new dentist, but as long as they're there and I am too, I am will maintain my care with them.

These guys are the literal best. Everyone at the office is so kind and seems to make a point of making visits as stress free as possible. The receptionists have always treated me kindly and have not rushed me when I'm scheduling with them or have additional questions, the hygienists are professional but talk you through every step so you aren't surprised as to what's going on or what happens next, and the dentists themselves are quick but efficient in handling the concerns brought up. I'd mentioned tooth hypersensitivity in one area and the hygienist went out of her way to numb the location for my routine cleaning and the dentist went over possible advanced solutions to help. I ended up getting a filling over the area which has helped the sensitivity immensely. At no other office I've tried prior have they offered to numb the location to help with the discomfort or be proactive about the issue when I've brought attention to it. I never thought it I could be such a simple fix, but they took the time to care and the issue's been mostly resolved. It's absolutely worth noting that the hygienists and the dentists aren't rough in the slightest and have the gentlest touch. While I myself don't have dentist anxiety, I'm sure this must be a relief for those that experience it. I highly recommend this office if you do have dentist anxiety or are simply looking for a new dentist. You won't regret it.

I encourage this practice (especially the office manger) to be more transparent about fees and insurance coverage .clear communication upfront would help avoid unpleasant surprise and build trust with patients.

From the very first phone call, their customer service was amazing friendly, helpful, and efficient. When I arrived for my appointment, everything continued to go smoothly. The staff was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't have to wait long at all, which I really appreciated. The dentist took the time to go over everything with me and worked together with me to come up with a plan that made sense. The whole process felt easy and stress-free. My experience with Elevate Dental has been disappointing and frustrating…read more I experienced repeated delays involving referral coordination and was ultimately informed shortly before a scheduled appointment that the referral necessary for treatment was no longer active. This issue was discovered by me rather than proactively identified by the office despite months of waiting for care. I also had concerns regarding the professionalism of front office staff. During a scheduling call, I found the interaction dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. When I requested management involvement, I was told management would review the matter, but I never received the callback I requested. Instead of communicating directly with me regarding my concerns, information about the situation was reportedly discussed with my case manager. This has raised serious questions for me about communication practices, patient respect, and whether discussions about my complaint were necessary and appropriate. My concerns include delays in care, poor communication, failure to return management calls, referral coordination issues, and lack of transparency regarding requests for records and information. Patients deserve professionalism, accountability, and direct communication when concerns are raised.

I scheduled myself for a just a cleaning this morning for today Friday Sept 11 but sorry I cannot recommend them in the end. A series of disappointments led me to say not thank you and walk out. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and they were 10 min late despite the office was closed right up to scheduled 10am appt time. Not sure why but they kept calling me by my middle name, I asked them to stop and call me by my first or last name but they kept doing it anyway. They said I needed to also get new X-Rays and later be seen by the dentist on top of this routine 6 month cleaning. I just had X-Rays and seen the dentist on the prior visit 3 months earlier, I just wanted a routine cleaning. They had a variety of reasons for the extras and kept pointing out its all covered by insurance so no charge to me this morning, but that was not my point I did not want the extras just a cleaning to determine if I really wanted their service in the end. My usual dentist is closed on Fridays so I was shopping a new dentist office. I had all kinds of trouble with a dental implant this year so I've been seen by a dentist at least 6-7 times in recent months so I'm not a big fan of getting services I don't really need or want despite their insistence of it costs me nothing today. I reluctantly agreed so go forward, the hygienist continued to call me by my middle name and failed 3 times to get my blood pressure so that is when I decided I had just about enough and canceled the whole appointment leaving and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Today was a far cry from the all star visit I had there 3 months ago so I know they got the potential to provide good service and obviously your results may vary but I will continue to shop for a new dentist elsewhere.
