Find a real pediatric dentist!) Secondly, it's very difficult to get an appointment outside of a regular cleaning. No one cares to call back to get you scheduled for an issue, or to even respond at all to requests via voicemail and online scheduling (this is after not being able to get through on the phone to schedule). Third, I've noticed they change your appointment time without telling you. I had 2 or 3 appointments change by 30 minutes and I didn't know until I got my reminder. Lastly, this horrible company cancelled my appointment (and an entire week of other appointments to close for a week), and I was only notified by email. No phone call to get rescheduled and absolutely no follow up! Then when I called myself to reschedule the appt THEY cancelled, they couldn't get me in for 7 months. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero care for patients. Zero care for maintaining long term patients. No apologies. Just overall bad service etiquette all around, not the way they should handle a week of cancellations. I will be moving on from here - which is a shame because I did like my hygienist.

I originally was scheduled for a late February appointment that had to be cancelled because of a conflict on my side. At the time there was only May appointments. So I explained to Esther in the front office that due to my insurance change I was late getting my bi-annual cleaning (I was due in Oct '23) and I couldn't wait till May. She was able to get me in a few days later due to a cancellation - AWESOME! My appointment was with Lindsey and she did a very thorough intro to the office as well as a "what to expect" talk. She really took her time with my exam, very personable. And my cleaning went way smoother than some of my previous experiences with past Hygienist.
