My original experience was honestly the worst dental experience I've had. The dentist was new, and it felt like the team didn't have a working relationship yet. More than anything, there was a lack of compassion. I could have overlooked that if the care itself felt solid, but it didn't. The assistant who worked on my filling was rough and came across as rude. While my eyes were closed, she kept tapping my nose telling me to breathe through it so I wouldn't fog her mirror. It was all uncomfortable and unlike anything I've experienced at a dental office before. I ended up requesting a different dentist, and that completely changed things. Dr. Everhart was great. He took a far more conservative approach and had excellent bedside manner. The assistant with him was also kind and professional. That experience felt much more in line with what I expect from a dental practice. This experience showed me how much the quality of care can vary within the same office. If something doesn't feel right, don't settle. It's okay to ask for a different provider.

Paul would not take their insurance. It didn't pay enough. (An established patient) I was extremely disappointed. I wouldn't have bothered taking my daughter's family there had I known how strict he was about different plans within good insurance companies. I was with him since starting his practice.
