Once about our insurance declining (and when we called the insurance company, they confirmed they never even ran a check of our insurance). The second time was telling my spouse wrong information about the condition of his mouth and what was needed for it. We have since found a new dentist, and found that if we had gone through the plan that Powers place had, it would have worsened things and been far more expensive for very little to show for it. Absolutely disgusted by the service the past few times I went. Lady at the desk was incredibly rude and nosey, and repeatedly made my spouse feel self conscious over the situation and the fact that we did not financially have the ability to get the priciest options. Very poor quality of care. Went to a new dentist recently, and most of the things we had been told in the past from Powers was wrong, and things that SHOULD of been addressed (that we were told were "no big deal" ended up needing adressing) Never again.
