This review speaks to Dr. Stiller and a cosmetic surgery review for Linea Cosmetic, Palouse's Cosmetic Surgery Clinic. Dr. Stiller did a wonderful job!!!! If I could, I would post a picture of my breast augmentation here, but obviously I cannot do that due to yelp regulations. lol. As a transgender MTF individual, I was very worried about what my results would look like. They look amazing and as natural as possible! Dr. Stiller truly does care about this patients and the way they look. He is VERY precise with details and wants to do the best job possible for his patients while also remaining realistic about outcomes. I am very happy with the service I was provided by Gritman Medical Center, Dr. Stiller, Katie and his team! If you are transgender, I would definitely recommend Dr. Stiller for your cosmetic needs and definitely for a breast augmentation! They are very trans sensitive and fully celebrate you and respect you for living your truth. His nurse Katie is awesome and is very efficient in taking care of paperwork and insurance processes, etc. He is truly amazing and I do not think you will be disappointed. I recommend he and his team without hesitation! If you are not trans and are considering cosmetic surgery, I recommend him as well as he has done a lot of various cosmetic surgeries on individuals that are not trans, and has done great work! Thanks, Dr. Stiller and team! You have truly helped me to live more of my authentic self and make my life happier! I would recommend Palouse Surgeons and Dr. Stiller any day to anyone considering Cosmetic Surgery.

I am still dealing with the side effects after 2 years, including dermatitis on lower limbs from nerve trauma and permanent damage. The vein clinic I now go to in Spokane said they will not perform the laser ablation on lower calf because of nerve damage. The whole experience has been a traumatic one for me. Not only that but Dr. Para's nurses downplayed my numerous phone calls after surgery due to concerns and anxiety and Dr. Para downplayed everything I mentioned to him about my results saying it was due to my age and projecting it back on me. Actually 51 is quite young. I am disappointed that i did not seek a second opinion after my initial consultation with him.

I wish I had never gone to this doctor. I went to him for breast reduction for gender dysphoria,…read moreand he told me to give him pics of before/after from breast augmentations. The picture my breasts look like were one of the "after" photos of breast augmentation. He even pointed to an AFTER pic of a boob job, saying that's what mine look like. Well, yes, yes they do. They look like breasts look AFTER a breast augmentation. He also gaslighted me and tried to tell me that my breasts were smaller than they actually are. I'm probably 2 cup sizes larger than the BEFORE pictures. The reality is the reality and he can say that they're the size I wanted, but they're not. Its not reality. Why would he do that? I don't know, ask him. I told him I wanted to never wear a bra again, and he gave me breasts that need a bra. And I still hurt 6 months later. He did not care for me, and I have no faith that he will care for anyone else. He did not manage my pain. I screamed and cried for months and he did not help me past the first week. I have given birth, had kidney stones, have had chronic pain almost my whole life, have been beaten within an inch of my life, and this was absolutely the worst pain I have ever ever had. And he did not manage it. So, now it is chronic. I've had a yeast infection under my breast and I actually have CLEAVAGE. There is no way that the pictures I took to him could ever every achieve cleavage. Again, he gaslights. This is absolutely the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life. I hated myself when I first went in, and I hate myself now. I actually hate myself worse than when I went in, because I was going to improve my life but all I got was months of agony and still a chest that I despise because he did not go by the pictures he told me to bring to surgery. Not to mention his staff's HORRIBLE support after surgery. They don't even know where to find information about stretches after surgery. I had to cc the whole office to get responses. This started in the beginning when I emailed them to ask them the surgery time. I never got an answer. Glad the medical center knew the correct time. I thought this would change my life in a positive way, that I could finally be myself. I'm not any closer than I was when I walked into his office. I am totally devastated and I hope nobody else goes through this.

He assessed my condition, which was a myriad of symptoms with a few causes, and treated me with ease and explanation during my appointment. One of my causes for symptoms was significant and could have required surgery. But because Dr. Klein is an adept Chiropractic along with many other credentials, he was able to "pop" a difficult bone in my head back into position. The out of joint bone was causing pain, numbness, poor eyesight in one eye, tooth deteriation on one side of the mouth, impaired hearing and TMJ. I have been looking for a good Naturopath for twenty years. Now I've found the best and he lives in our little valley. For chronic conditions, this is the Doctor to utilize. Thank you, Dr. Klein!

Maybe since Tri State took over they are getting themselves together (much needed)! Anyway Renee and Kailin really helped me out by breaking down some things when looking through our medical records and truly went out of their way to make sure I got the answers I needed! Now if only the rest of the clinic would do the same!!! Now, for Teresa Smith's team.. You have to keep up with your own health because you can't rely on these people. There was a concerning reading on a lab and the office did not even care to try and get us in for a follow up on such an important issue, in fact it was the major issue we were even being seen for! You guys need to step up on the follow ups. You are dealing with peoples lives that are potential life and death situations!! We had to request lab results 3-4 times for one test to rule out some things and the lab didn't even use the blood to do the specific test tht was requested by the Provider.. every other flipping thing in the book was tested except the one major request!!! I had to call several weeks in a row to even get a result once the CORRECT LAB was even done..shame on you guys. However, I will say good things about Kody Harris and Dr. Chavez as they were always willing to answer extra questions and concerns and were thorough and willing to get things done efficiently. So for Renee and Kailin in the Records Dept and the providers I mentioned, you guys are the only reason this review is not a 1 STAR! So for that thanks guys!

Unfortunately, until he is able to find and keep a reasonable staff, his reviews will continue to reflect and so will his success. I work in the medical field and am appalled by the way Dr. Nolan's staff speaks to his patients. However, it is absolutely unacceptable to allow the non degreed reception staff and assistants treat the patients as liars and defendants on a stand. Customer service skills and integrity should definitely be considered in his future interviews. I would think it would be reasonable to clean house hire a new team that is capable of supporting Dr. Nolan's practice.
