The process to get in was unnecessarily difficult, and the front office staff were incredibly unhelpful, except for one African American gentleman - he was the only one who seemed to care about helping me. Things took a turn for the worse when the front desk accused me of using profanity during a phone call (that was recorded) I wish they would actually listen to the recording because I know for a fact I did not use any profanity. It's absurd that they would dismiss me from their practice based on false accusations without even verifying the truth.I had to take time off work for an appointment they insisted was on a certain day, only to find out they had actually scheduled it for the following week. When I confronted them about this mistake, they didn't apologize or take responsibility. Instead, it seemed like they were upset that I caught them in a lie. The front desk lady I spoke with that day was nonchalant and stated "I can't do anything about that." This was the second time I had an issue with her. Overall, my experience with SIMEDHealth has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is astounding. I would strongly advise anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs.

His office assistants are all cordial and highly efficient. Best of all, I had NO PAIN at all, did not have to take any more than a couple Tylenols after my 2-hour discectomy. Wow. Do not expect to obtain a lot of info from the physicians, they are too swamped and must adhere to their schedules. PT was good. Never felt that we received the in-depth info and advice which would have been so valuable with a sudden diagnosis of Parkinson's. Instead we were told to get a wheelchair because that's where patient will end up. Lack of compassion and support.
