This saves me making another appointment and driving to a separate lab facility. I have always had a great experience If my doctor isn't available for a last minute appointment and I must be seen by another Doc in the practice. There are many very good physicians who practice medicine here. I have received great medical care and trust the physicians here. Even though it's a new facility, parking can be tight. My last two appointments I had to park at the ends of the lot. There weren't many spots left. There is valet parking available.

Ramp to the sidewalk leads to steps in both directions. I'm in a wheelchair . Office Staff said yea, no one ever knows how to get in and they don't know why they don't have signs. My daughter used the stairs and found out I needed to go in the street and enter through a side entrance where they have a single wheelchair lift inside. Then we find out although their Website says they accept my insurance, they don't. The receptionist says everyone tells them that they accept this insurance but they do not. Said no one can ever show her where it says that they do, like somehow we all imagine it. Within 30 seconds showed her and yes, says it right there. Not like it would change anything but now maybe they can change it. Still, my insurance no longer accepts my previous doctor and my new doctor can't see me for 3 months. I have multiple sclerosis and need medication and new handicap placard. $220 for a visit plus any tests they need, but I have no choice, I have to see someone. I paid the fee. While waiting to be called back, they let me know they can't fill out a form for placard. Initially it was because they didn't have a form. Then it was because although they have the placard required MD ( as opposed to DO, NP, etc) they are not authorized to fill out the form. By then I gave up. It shouldn't be this hard. When we were leaving, the receptionist pointed at the lift I should use so I didn't have to go in the street around the bank to use the outdoor ramp. Never used one like this before . The ramp was steep and I was nervous about tipping back but my daughter helped me use it. Not any offer of any assistance. This place was empty. A walk in clinic with no one in or out the 30 minutes we were there. I think I know why lol. The receptionist was polite. Just unhelpful. As she was aware of all of these issues, one would think someone would do something to resolve them.

I was there someone who we thought might be suffering from appendicitis. He kept us in the room for two or three hours while he verified all the test that indeed it was that rather than some of the other problems that can manifest with the same symptoms he prescribed treatment with antibiotics and she is doing very well. I don't just recommend the facility. I recommend this as a very unusual old-school. Very careful very up-to-date on the literature healer that can be a person for anyone in need.

Staff was nice, they were all masked, the waiting room was fairly empty and people I did see were following mask policy. But Dr. Sidman was completely maskless the entire time I saw her during my appointment. This was at the end of 2020/early 2021. I'll be finding a new doctor, which is unfortunate because otherwise she was decent.

As for computer appointments, I cannot explain your situation but a glitch does not reflect the service and care that this group of physicians and staff will give you. He had zero…read morebedside manner, because his scheduling coordinator missed a step and prematurely scheduled my surgery, this surgeon gave me minutes to decide whether to get an invasive procedure done on the spot with little preparation. I was then told they were too busy and postponed my surgery another month causing delays, more pain and suffering to ultimately cancel my surgery last minute after 2 one month delays. Then after asking a medical question I was called by his "office manager" a horrible woman and told u would be discharged. From start to finish, UF Women's health and Dr. Mowad were horrific. Thank God I was discharged because I found the best surgeon who is kind, compassionate and organized with an awesome staff at the Orlando Women's minimally invasive team. It also took months of waiting for my medical records to be forwarded as their records department hangs up on you and has zero professionalism. I can not recommend this facility or YF health Womens. Instead check out Renee Shibata in Orlando. She's 10,000x better and you will be much happier.
