He spent the past year and a half trying to help us purchase a home in the very volatile Sacramento/Elk Grove CA. housing market. Every 90 days he would run our numbers, so that we would have a letter of credit to present with our home purchase offers. Just about every 2 weeks we would offer and then lose out on the purchase of a home we liked. Steve was there every step of the way. A phone call to Steve and he would crunch numbers and give us an accurate monthly payment figure that we insisted include the taxes and insurance. We continuously lost out on home purchases, so Steve went even farther and had us prequalified so that if our offer was accepted, the mortgage could be written immediately. When we finally had a purchase agreement, Steve worked quickly because the seller wanted to close by the end of the month in 23 days. When he called us to tell us what our payment was, we told him we didn't think we could afford it. Steve is Awesome. He has assisted us with 2 refis. No problems with either loans. No cost loans, with a great interest rate. I can emphasis how much Steve has helped us. He did all the heavy lifting. We just sat back and sent a few documents to the mortgage company. Not a big deal. Most of the documents were sent via email. One document (one page) had to be sent via Fed Ex at the end.
