Their ATMs are often not functioning. Their website is confusing (even the new and improved one.) I rarely go inside but when I have I almost always have had to stand in line. I couldn't help noticing there is always at least one person in new accounts sitting at his/her desk chatting or looking at their computer. It seems it would be more efficient if those at the desks could help the tellers when it gets busy or at least speak to those in line to inquire if they are there for a new account. Their hours are certainly not helpful for most people as they don't open until 10 and close at 5. If you work outside the home I suppose you would have to wait until Saturday to go in. But they're only open from 10-2 on Saturdays. There is no one to help after hours......not even a phone number in case of emergencies. I guess I am too used to USAA. But there should be some way for members to get in touch with someone to help in case of an emergency. Since the Pandemic I've noticed I always have to wait...sometimes for over 10 minutes to speak with someone when I call in. Usually I'll choose to have a callback. The building is really nice and there seems to be enough parking.
