Didn't have the silver metallic flats with no embellishment, would love it if they carried more metallic flats. Loving the calf hair black/brown and cream flats, goes with tons of things, much better than the Dr. Scholl's leopard print I bought a while back. I think I buy about 3/4 of my shoe collection from DSW, the rest from boutique shops as I prefer unique wears when possible. Would have been better if I had more than a $5 coupon, oh well, there aren't usually many good coupons that I can use when I find a pair of shoes it would seem for DSW.

Macy's Shopping Experience…read more While I did find everything I was looking for, my visit to Macy's turned into a much longer shopping trip than expected. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences. While the quality of the clothing--especially professional wear--is still excellent, the overall shopping experience felt inconvenient and disappointing. Thank you Dawn

It appeared that only one person was working in the store, but she was incredibly helpful as we were looking for various sizes of different types of shoes to try on. We both came to terms with pairs that we liked. I got a pair of running shoes and she got a pair of boots.
