Because of this I get constant annoying calls from speculators, trying to buy the house where I live that is not for sale. This is an invasion of my privacy and it's just a good example of bad business practices that clearly show this is not a good company to do any sort of business with. Also they're very dishonest, when I first contacted them they insisted my phone number is not on their site. But every time I ask a caller how they got my number they tell me from the Property Shark website. If I could I'd give them negative stars. These people are shady, I wouldn't trust any of the information on their website.

I left this experience feeling cheated out of money and assuming they were laughing at me for being a sucker. Vincent Stropoli was my realtor. He pushed me to take the first sale that was offered. Wasn't honest with me or the buyer resulting in the loss of 3 months rent. He was unresponsive to texts and calls once the contract was signed. Without notifying me, they buyer had a walkthrough in an apartment that hadn't been occupied or cleaned in months. We were lucky the sale still went through. While Daniel was more responsive than Vincent he was still not sympathetic to any of my complaints. My closing took 6 (!!) months from contract to close. Be wary.
