I used some other pest people prior to them and I have to say this husband and wife do a great job everytime! I refuse to call anybody else! I feel bad when I blow up their phone! But what they do and what they have works GREAT! I don't want to use nobody else. I've had zero issues with the brown recluses and everything else. I had some tiny bugs pop up this past week and I texted them and she got me on the schedule quick! Ready to come out and see what's happening. They've always be quick to help if I need them. Their awesome! I highly recommend!

After I was stung by one, I knew I needed professional help because everything I had tried wasn't working. Nathan came and assessed the problem. He is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done. Highly recommend!

Now I consider myself…read moreto be brave, that is until giant roaches start flying at me, I quickly take on what seems like stealth ninja moves which trust me, is not easy when you are old, and fat and I am pretty sure I need physical therapy now. Our home had roaches, yes, the big ones and the small ones which are about as welcome as a neck and shoulder rub from Bill Cosby. Now don't get me wrong, I think all living things should be respected however, let's just say that I don't' see this relationship going from pest to Cock-Bro-ach anytime soon, I don't care how much beer they offer me. And I have had experience with these monsters in the past and trying to get rid of them is like charging hell with a bucket of ice water! We were not about to let the new tenant and her little crotch trophy's live in a house with demon spawns from hell, so we moved faster than a toupee in a hurricane, jumped on-line and looked up pest control in Seguin. There were top 2 listed with the highest ratings, so we start making phone calls. We ended up going with Daniels Pest Control as they were the ONLY ones to specifically ask about the little German Roaches. First, lets talk about the time scheduled. We had it set for 2PM in the afternoon. We packed enough food and drink to last 2 days and a roll of toilet paper because NO ONE is ever on time in the service industry. 1:58PM and here comes Preston, not only on time but a little early. We stood there clutching our chest and hollering "It's the big one, I am coming Elizabeth!" and for those that are concerned, the food did not go to waste, as stated before, I am fat. Preston was fast, courteous, personable and knew his shit. He got busier than bunnies on hump day and set about checking the home and planning his line of attack. He was in and out faster than my doctor when I mention HMO. We went ahead and signed up for the quarterly treatment because you know, bugs and stuff... And we were on our way. I give Daniels Pest control 5 stars and the following Scores: 1 Star - For coming on a Friday, let's face it, no one wants to work on a Friday 1 Star - For knowing how to park, seriously; have you seen some of these small work trucks that park like they are a rig with a 32ft trailer?! 1 Star - For being on time, we are still in shock over that and have contacted the local news stations to report this and I am currently waiting on Guinness book of world records to return my call. 1 Star - For literally wanting to do this for a living and dealing with things that nightmares are made of daily. 1 Star - For putting up with me, I am a handful. But that is why God made my husband partially deaf and gave him 2 hands. To summarize. Go with Daniel's. You will be glad you did!

Clyde has always given excellent advice where I could just do the job myself or recommend less costly solutions. Recently talking with Clyde over the telephone, I described a plague, I thought to be mice, but all it turned out to be was lizards. Well, so for Clyde has not charged me a dime for his services. So I looked up on Yelp and lo and behold there was a company called Pinnacle Pest Defense. So I called them up and asked if we could have them come out and get rid of the wasps. We were driving back to Texas after a long drive, and have the movers coming on Thursday. This was a Monday that I called and Barbara answered and didn't think they could get anyone out on Tuesday, so she said they can come on Wednesday at like 3pm. I said that works. But then she called back and moved some stuff around so they could come out on Tuesday at 9-10am. I said that is fantastic. What great phone service this company has. Barbara was so pleasant and answered the phone right away. So today Chris came out to do our wasps. And he was just so wonderful and polite and knew his pest stuff! So we decided to go with them for pest control since I wasn't very happy with our old service. Chris spent time getting rid of like 16 wasp nests all over the eves and light fixtures from our home. Chris was just the nicest guy and we were so happy with his service. I want him to be the one that always comes out to our house. The other pest company sends someone different every time and it is hard to work with them like that. This way it is like having the same Gardner and he knows your property. I told Chris I was so happy with his service that I am going to tell my daughter to also go with Pinnacle. And even get my next door neighbor to also go with him. Thank you so much and I think he said what the price was and it is much better than the other company that won't be coming out to our home anymore. I am cancelling them right now. Thanks again Chris. You were a pure delight to meet.
