I contacted Gregg at Discovery Honda, he actually did offer me a great deal (far below any other dealer) right off the get go. He honoured that deal and we bought a brand new CRV from him. The process was seamless and painless and we got a much better deal than our local dealer or any other dealer was prepared to give us. Everyone at Discovery Honda was amazing to deal with! No hard sell for extras or warranty, just the information to know what is available. All in all, a pleasure to deal with! We will definitely be return customers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Honda!!

With our new Hyundai we had coverage that allow us to get fixed anywhere. Since we didn't get it with them, they were really clear that they wouldn't do us any favors. They have been absolutely reckless with their customer service. Trying to charge us for simple things that any car dealership would deal with. They've been absolutely unworkable. Today the general manager Andy James Hung up the phone on my partner for simply asking whether they felt they were responsible for making us wait a month to get something fixed at their shop and then told that they actually can't fix it. We will be waiting several months now. The customer service here is poor and you aren't going to get a deal. I would stay far away from these guys.

We paid $32,000 for an item with the same chequing account. I guess they will only have the one chance to gouge us. They *tried* to do our coolant, which we did last fall, and our tranny fluid, which we also did less than two years ago. When I said that, they said "Oh, really? Well, I will take that off the list." Island Ford refused to refund the difference in the trade in and actually stated that I lied about the Carfax. Stay clear of this dealership and especially the sales manager.

Made appointment and took in the car for programming. Got bill for $235. They charged $25 for shop supplies. The car never went into the shop. I supplied the fob. I told them i understood if getting work done and small items like hose clamp or zip ties were used, items too small to inventory. But not for programming a fob. Talked to service manager. They refused to remove the charge. It's the LAST money this dealership will ever get from me.
