When Tami doesn't call on her community of colleagues to promote her, she is below average at best. This includes through her ex husband Mark Stillings, who became involved in our business dealings and plays a pivotal part in Tami's success. Tami's actions and response in coordination with others on our home sale is an acknowledgement that she lacks conveyed standards. Tami is a collusion artist and you're better off with a realtor who is analytically adept, which she is not. What we went through is appalling. The basis of our torture is low tier community values. They do not add up to any collegiate values nor acknowledge any parameters of educational or professional standards. Tami is the culmination of who she knows and not what she knows. Tami did not have our best interest in mind, she advocated for the opposite party and gave no effort after initial signing, she lied about contractual obligations, she was not detail oriented and was a connoisseur of ambiguity which led to many of our personal items being left behind because of a lack of clarification, which bled into our contract which had a lack of proof of the financial ability of the buyer. Tami danced around when confronted and gave no effort to soothe our anxieties. This led to attempted slander of our reputation while claiming innocence and even taking it as far as lying about simple things like a lock on the door she claimed we did not tell her about in online posts just to name an instance. The lack of financial backing in the purchase of our home led to the collapse of a new home purchase. To summarize the contributions of Tami Price, she had to cross out a third contributor on our contract which would have obligated us to a third commission and her overbearing demands to fix our home to excess and harassing the workers we used to make sure they were licensed. To cap it off we were misled about when the buyer would sign. We signed a day earlier and an amendment we added to the paperwork was excluded in the final version. As stated Tami is a untrustworthy. If she was anything even remotely similar to the character she plays online we would be happy, unfortunately her efforts and quality of work are the basis of self promotion of quick sales and accomplishments that are more aligned to the people behind her than her quality of work. Expect her to lower the price of your home for a quick sale and expect her to push for the purchase of a new build so she can achieve a higher commission. Tami threatened to sue us last year after my husband wrote our initial review. Her repeated threats of legal retaliation are baseless. Update to Tami's Response: This is Christie Oso as you know. This is my account name, I am not running a business on Yelp, I am leaving a review. My husband ensured we received our due, not more than net, after strenuously reconciling the work of your team and the title agency as numbers in closing were inaccurate. It was more than $1000. Claims Eric wasn't in contact with your brokerage or title company is false and there is email evidence. There was not an extended closing period. We closed in 30 days which is standard and as stated we closed a day earlier. If the sale was extended, that is on you and your buyers. We received the "pre-approval" letter in word format. We could edit the document as it wasn't locked and their was a contingency that was not on the pre-approval. Eric's words are out of context. We can go down that route if you would like. The response highlights failure on your part, not Eric's. Understanding of the "meaning" which in your case was withholding information or lying. It is your job to inform your clients. How a "provision" like that would occur is telling and highlights that there were more eyes and involvement in our home sale than there should have. That response is ridiculous. Our contractors were harassed, then again it might have been by your team. It got muddy in light of the different people stepping in to try and push towards an illigitimate sale. You can represent yourself however you want. The gaslighting after you misrepresented and antagonized us shows your character. In a now deleted response where you lied about the situation with the lockbox and proceeded to mock my husband's mental health has been documented with other defamatory posts you and your ex husband made. We only have our main and my husband's business accounts. We don't have multiple like you may. You have options as you did when you entered our home. You chose to conduct business the way that you did. With honesty, transparency, and teamwork everything could have gone differently. It was your choice to act like a criminal. If you feel attacked, you should look in the mirror for who is responsible.

After 4 months on the market and 2 open houses, I reached out to the owner of the agency, Shane Neal, who never responded. Same day Theresa unilaterally terminated the listing, 2 months before the end of our binding contract, and told me they would leave the house key under a rock!!! A reaction to my reporting her poor work ethics. despite multiple emails and a phone message, Mr Neal could not be bothered to follow up. Non professional and not ready to put in the work!
